I notified the aasociate(Sarah) for the check in purpose. The associatemail told me to wait couple of minutes, since she was helping a customer. She let me wait for 20 minutes as she was helping the customers in a lazy way. I have felt that she was purposely delaying it. It took her 10 minutes to install screen protector with too much gossips. I appreciate TMobile freebies but not when they waste half an hour of people. Theven purpose of freebie is to make customers happy instead of upsetting them.
